Lillian Vissichelli, devoted wife to the late George Vissichelli Jr. Mother to daughters Grace Zazzaro, Denise Cicione (deceased) and Teresa Noto, loving Grandmother to Athena Brooks, Isabella Zazzaro, Joey Cicione, Giovanni & Giuseppe Noto, Mother-in-law to Richard Zazzaro, Neil Cicione & Nino Noto died peacefully on December 30, 2018.

Born Raphaela Esposito (better known as Lillian) she grew up in Far Rockaway, NY in a large family, with her parents Teresa and Joseph, sisters Mildred, Nancy, Stella, Anne, Vivian and brother Michael. She later resided in Howard Beach, Oceanside and Green Acres Florida.

A devoted Catholic and believer of prayer she invited Jesus

Christ into her heart everyday of her life, she was a special

person who supported and encouraged others to think

positively and make the best out of every situation in life.

She was the “Dear Abby” of her generation, as young and

old would often seek her advice and guidance. She had many friends who supported her throughout her life and in her last moments, including best friend Maria DeCanio. She lived for her children and grandchildren, family was the love of her life.
