Ronald Tavis, SR.-on May 27, 2018 at the age of 74, Longtime resident of Smithtown. Loving Husband of Carol Ann. Beloved father of the Late Ronald JR, Christine (Joseph) Cincotta. Adored poppy of Maria, Emma, and Kennedy. Friends may call at St. James Funeral Home, 829 Middle Country Rd. (Rt. 25), on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday 10:15 am at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Smithtown. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to: St. Patrick's Outreach Program.
