Agnes D'Antonio passed away after a very brief illness on February 21, 2023 in Freehold NJ surrounded by family and friends. Agnes was born in Brooklyn NY September 1, 1922 to Paul and Santa Catanese. Agnes married Tom D'Antonio April 21, 1951 in Brooklyn NY. Tom and Agnes moved to Smithtown NY in 1959 where she raised her sons, Tommy and Peter, and lived in her beloved home until spring of 2021. Agnes was a homemaker who loved to cook, read, solve her daily Jumble puzzles, and watch Judge Judy.

Agnes was predeceased by her son, Peter D'Antonio, husband Gaetano (Tom) D'Antonio, grandson, Thomas G. D'Antonio, Jr., siblings Esther Anzelmo, Anthony Catanese, Carrie Campo, Catherine Arnone, and Marie Lamicella. She is survived by son Tommy D'Antonio and daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren Elissa Morley (John), Alec D'Antonio (Tiffany), Tom Martine (Carly), Kylie D'Antonio (fiancé Seth), Petrina D'Antonio, Nicholas D'Antonio, and Michael D'Antonio; great-grandchildren Patrick Henry Morley, Theodore Thomas D'Antonio and Ella Agnes D'Antonio, as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her family, friendsand neighbors.
