David Horman of Smithtown, New York passed away on October 9th, 2021 at the age of 60. He was a beloved husband to Linda and devoted father to Kurt, Emily and Gabrielle. David was also a loving son to Louis and Joan and a treasured brother to Ellen, Robert and Michael. Although David was taken from us too soon, those that were lucky enough to have known him will have the everlasting impact of his love. He commited 44 years of hard work to Stanley's Bakery located in East Islip. With the help of his devoted family he owned and ran the bakery for the past 15 years.  He established lifelong relationships and impacted the lives of many in the community. David, along with his wife Linda, recently retired just 5 months ago. Even though time was cut short, they were able to travel, be with family, and enjoy life as they had always dreamed of. David devoted his life to his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He will be missed and remembered by all. Next time you find yourself at the beach, on a boat, at a Met's or Islander's game, playing cornhole or even drinking a beer please remember David as we all knew and loved him.
