SIMON – Eugene John, 86, passed away on March 31, 2021.  Eucharistic Minister.  Loving husband of Lucyann (predeceased) for 56 years.  Beloved father of Lisa (Jimmy) Weir, Frank (Lisa) Simon, Eugene Jr. (Marci) Simon, Michael (Stacy) Simon, Joseph (Janice) Simon, Lillian (Dave) Pedersen, Steven (Maureen) Simon, Mary (Chris) Sanchez.  Cherished grandfather of 22 and great-grandfather of 7.  Visitation will be at St. James Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Mass with be at St. Patrick's RC Church in Smithtown on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 9:45 a.m.  Interment to follow at Queen of All Saints Cemetery, Central Islip, New York.  In lieu of flowers please consider donating to your favorite charity in memory of Eugene.
