Gregory Paul Hoffmann, 67 of Southport NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 18th, 2021.  He fought a month-long battle with covid and pneumonia.

Greg was born in King's County in Brooklyn NY, on November 18, 1953 to Lawrence and Amelia Hoffmann and was the older sibling to his sister Rosanne.

He was to married Lorraine Hoffmann for 30 years. Greg is survived by his daughter Michelle and granddaughters Francesca and Nicolette.

Greg graduated from Farmingdale College and received an Associates Degree in HVAC.  He owned and operated a restoration cleaning company for 45 years.  Greg recently won the "Best Of 2021" with Home Advisor and had 4.9 star reviews. He also had 6 awards with Home Advisor.

Greg was an Honorary Member of the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association.  He enjoyed photography, hunting, cars, motorcycles, birds and most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

Greg Hoffmann was a giving and thoughtful person. A best friend to many; the kind of guy who would call just to say hello. He genuinely cared about people and what was going on in their lives. He was always there to lend a helping hand and was happy to do so without expectations of repayment. He meant the world to his daughter and to his two granddaughters. Greg loved his family; they were his life. Greg was loved by so many and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
