Joseph Anthony Kiesel Sr, born July 24, 1939 in Manhattan, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Joe was a loyal, proud and hardworking man. He held an array of titles and jobs over the years. Before his ultimate title of Co-Founder/Executive Vice President at Polypak, he delivered telegrams. He was supposed to deliver these while singing, however you can bet all of his casino winnings that he did no singing.

We all had our names for him… Joe to his cherished wife, Arlene, of 64 years and any one fortunate enough to call him a relative or friend. Dad to their three beautiful children: Kathi, Joseph Junior, and Denise. Gaga to his grand and great grandchildren Andrew, Robert, Alex, Marc, Daniel, Katie, Joseph lll, Gwen, & Jack. Beloved Uncle Joey to all of his nieces and nephews. Or his most infamous nickname, "Grumpy".

He is welcomed in heaven by his brother Charlie and sister in law Elaine, along with many other friends and family who have left us.
