Dr. Karen Lessler passed away on April 4th after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Karen Jean Lessler was born on April 1, 1957. Her passion for the community, children and her family will be deeply missed. As her family, we grieve a great loss but take comfort in knowing she is at peace and her love and passion will continue to live in our hearts.

Dr. Karen Lessler was the King's Park High School Principal and Middle Country School District Board President receiving numerous awards and accolades during her tenor.

Karen has always supported St.Jude throughout her life. In lieu of flowers her wish is a donation to St. Jude.

Her Smile Though her smile is gone forever And her hand I cannot touch I still have so many memories Of the one I loved so much. Her memory is now my keepsake Which with I'll never part. God has her in his keeping I have her in my heart. Sadly missed but never forgotten.
