Connolly, Kevin Edward Age 64 of Hampton Bays, NY passed suddenly on Thursday, July 1. Beloved son of June and the late Robert Connolly. Husband of Lourdes Loyola Connolly. Father of Melissa Ippolito (Nick) and Lauren Baker. Stepfather to Anthony Garcia (Aimee) and Freddy Garcia (Jennifer). Adored grandfather of A.J., Cole, Brynn, Cameron, the late Ryan, Damian, Rueben, Jayson, Christopher, Anthony and Luke. Loved brother of Maureen Insignares (Alex), Kathy DeSimone (Mike) and the late Robert Connolly. FUNcle to Abigail, Alicia, Ben and the late Elijah. Former longtime supervisor at COMEX/NYMEX where he made many lifelong friends and an abundance of fond memories that generated endless tales of days working on the trading floor. Avid Yankees, Giants and Islanders fan. Member of Craig Allen Memorial Roller Hockey League. Kevin was a fun-loving guy who loved a good dad joke. He loved his family more than anything and was extremely proud to be Papa K and Grandpa to his grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by many.
