Marianne Martha Blazich (nèe Grosse) passed away on  Oct 3, 2022, surrounded by family. Marianne was a longtime employee at St. James Elementary School, first as an aide and then as Program Director of the School Aged Child Care Program for 36 years. During that time she touched the lives of countless students who passed through the school. A lifelong resident of St. James, Marianne lived with her parents and sister Evelyn on Sunny Road. After marrying her husband John in 1961 Marianne moved to Jackson Avenue where she resided until her passing. Marianne is survived by her son John Blazich IV (Grace), daughter Debora Page (Doug), daughter Joanne Blazich (Pete Holobinka), sister Evelyn DeLuna, and grandchildren Gabriella Blazich, Sara Page, John Blazich V and Matthew Page. She was pre-deceased by her husband John Blazich.

Marianne is also survived by her sister-in-law Michele Scarcella of San Diego, CA, and sister-in-law April Blazich of Raleigh, NC.
