Maureen was born in Flushing, NY in 1948 and grew up in Great Neck, NY.  She moved to Nesconset to raise her family.  She is survived by her husband James (Jay), son Ronald, grandson, Sean and sisters Joan, Cathy and Mary.  Maureen fought a long hard battle with myelofibrosis.  She had a love for animals and her cat Rylie.  She enjoyed watching her soaps on TV and the Mets play baseball. She had a strong faith in God and love for her family.  She loved to take walks in the fresh air.  One of her most favorite things to do is watch her grandson play baseball.
