We lovingly remember Millie (Bilan) Raia, of Saint James, NY, who passed away peacefully at home on August 8, 2022 at the age of 92. Millie is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Anthony, who cared for her at home during her journey with Alzheimer's. She is also survived by her daughter, Diane Raia. Her son, Anthony, passed away in 2005 from ALS. She leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Rosa Raia, and five grandchildren: Christina, Anthony, Joseph (Taylor), Vincent (Katie), and Stephen; as well as two great-grandchildren: Dante and Gianna Raia. Millie is survived by her sister, Frances Bilan, and step-sister, Julia Czerkawski; and pre-deceased by her sister, Mary Hanclosky and step-sister Margaret Masaryk.
