Paul was born on March 20, 1948 in Jamaica, NY to Paul and Penny Cicero.

Beloved husband to Janet, his devoted wife of 50 years. Loving father to Pava, Sacheen and her husband Joseph and Alexander and his wife Katrina.

Cherished Poppy to Annabella and Gianna.
