Catherine L. Tesoriero

Catherine Tesoriero was the daughter of Gloria and Stephen Ruffino.  She grew up in New York City on 2nd Avenue, where she lived a great life with her loving family and had endless happy memories that she shared with us often. She was one of seven children and had enormous love for all her siblings (Sonny, Anna, Charlie, Rosalie, Lillian, and John). She married Francis Tesoriero and had Three children Frankie, Stephanie, and Gina along with a loving daughter in law Wendi, four beautiful Grandchildren Taylor and her husband Joe, Samantha, Donnie and Paulie. Taylor and Joe gave her two amazing great grandchildren Dante and Gianna who made her life complete and filled it with joy. She told everyone that they were her favorite and that’s because they were….she made everyone feel special and cherished. She had her nephews Todd and Dan vying for favorite nephew till the very end….and I’d say they were neck and neck till the finish. She called her nieces and nephews her babies and she called their children her loves, her cookies, her dear hearts and her brats lol. To say she was proud of her family is an understatement because She loved with a fierceness that could not be measured. She was kind, generous, loyal, loving and funny to the very end. She won’t leave a hole in our hearts because she certainly filled it with love and brightness and memories. In heaven may she gossip with her siblings, dance in the arms of her husband and embrace her beautiful daughter. God bless you mommy and save us a seat…Until we meet again.
