George “Ox” Knudsen was a man who truly rode through life with a grin. A motorcycle enthusiast at heart, he loved the open road and the freedom it brought. As a heavy equipment operator, George found pure joy in the rumble of machinery and the thrill of getting his hands dirty.

He was the ultimate chatterbox—always ready with a story, a laugh, and a witty remark. He lived life on his own terms, never sweating the small stuff and always marching to the beat of his own drum.

George had a heart as big as his laugh. He loved his partner of 30+ years Sandi, adored his dog Buddy, his children Melissa, George, and Leeann, and his 11 wonderful grandchildren.

He was always there for family and friends with a helping hand and a hearty laugh. His spirit of adventure and his ability to find joy in every moment will always be remembered.

George’s legacy is one of fun, laughter, and genuine love for life. He will be deeply missed but forever celebrated.
