Gerard Clarence Record, 75, of Long Island, NY. Born on December 23, 1949, in Queens, NY, Gerard was the son of Dorothy (Spadola) Record and Clarence Record. Gerard and Loretta had two children. He is survived by his son James and granddaughter Mirabella-Rose as well as his daughter Danielle, son-in-law Kris and their children—Mia, Jonathan, and Christian. Gerard attended Oneonta College and built a life centered around family and friendship. He was an avid reader and enjoyed playing golf and pool, he proudly served as pool team captain. He loved to travel, attend concerts, dance, and sing karaoke. He also volunteered his time to coaching and teaching religious education - he truly enjoyed helping others grow.
Above all, Gerard was family-oriented and loved by his children, grandchildren, and siblings.
