Jacqueline Hernandez

Jacqueline Hernandez passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 22, 2025 in Port Jefferson, New York at the age of 63.

Jacqueline was a beloved Mother, grandparent, sister, and friend. She was adored and cherished by many who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on June 18, 1962, in Queens, New York, Jacqueline was known for her beautiful, infectious smile and her distinctive long black hair. She found the joy in walks on the beach, reading crime series books by James Patterson, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jacqueline is survived by her Childern, Ean, Kimberly, Remington, and Bianca; her nine grandchildren; and her brother Hector.

Services to celebrate Jacqueline’s life will be held at St James Funeral Home on Saturday, October 4th, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
