Joseph Fanuele

Joseph Fanuele--Born in Brooklyn on March 18,1946 to Dominic and Lena Fanuele.  Brother to Carmela.  Beloved husband of Pauline and loving father to Robert (Tracey), Stephen (Kimberly), Christine (Kevin) and Debra (John).  Joe was a proud Papa to 7 grandchildren.  Joe and Pauline moved from Brooklyn to Nesconset in 1973 to raise their family. He was clinical psychologist who worked at the Mt. Sinai School District for over 25 years and had a private practice in Smithtown, NY.  Joe loved singing off-key, telling bad jokes, going to Lake George with his family and participating in Civil War re-enactments with the 67th Regiment of New York.  He died on May 23, 2024, after a battle with pancreatic cancer.
