Judy Collins

Collins, Judy of StonyBrook passed on Monday January 27, 2025.  Judy was born to Margaret and Joachim Gabrielli on August 31, 1938 in Brooklyn,  NY.  She grew up with three older sisters Peggy, Joan and Mary.  They enjoyed singing and dancing and all looked like glamor girls of the 40's.   Judy became a legal secretary and had a long successful career working at various law firms  and loved conversations about her work.  Judy was also an avid dog lover and had many beautiful dogs throughout her lifetime 

She is beloved mother of Gina Collins and Gilda MacDonald,  husband John; adored grandmother of Michael and Robert MacDonald.  She has numerous adoring nieces and nephews.  All will remember her vivacious personality and strong will for life.  May she rest in peace.
