Nicholas Krukowski

Nicholas Krukowski, 31 passed away on April 14, 2020.  Nick was a born and raised on Long Island and a long-time resident of Smithtown and later of Port Jefferson. Beloved son of Mary Enkler and Joseph Krukowski and loving brother of Julia Krukowski, Anne Marie Eatz and Michael Krukowski.  Beloved Grandson to Marylin Enkler as well as loving cousin, nephew and friend.  Nick graduated Smithtown High School in 2006 and went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree from the New York State University of Plattsburgh.  After finishing school, Nick began working for the Port Jefferson Ferry, where he would continue to work until his passing.

Nick had a deep love for music, the NY Rangers and the NY Jets.  He had a laugh that would light up the room and the ability to captivate everyone with one of his stories. He loved his family with all his heart and would always make sure that there was a smile on everyone’s face when he was around.  Nick will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A memorial service to celebrate Nick’s life will be planned for a future date.
