Norma G. Martin

Norma (nee Groszer) Martin, 100, of Nesconset, New York passed away peacefully on the morning of August 25, 2023.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Martin.  She is survived by her children, Louis Martin, Rosemarie Gallinari (Peter), and Susan Rorke (Paul) and her cherished grandchildren.

 Norma was the loving sister of eight siblings.  She is survived by one sister, Mollie Groszer, and one brother, Robert Groszer. She is also survived by a large and loving family of nieces and nephews.

 Norma was born and raised in Maryland, but settled in New York with her husband to raise a family.  Norma was a longtime member of St. James Lutheran Church. She loved her faith and her family and made a difference in many people’s lives by all of her volunteer work, particularly at the Smithtown Food Pantry.
