Richard John Lee

Richard Lee was Born on June 23rd 1953 in Manhattan, New York. He passed away on November 24th 2023 in West Islip, New York surrounded by his family.

Richard was preceded by his parents Robert E. Lee and Margaret Lee. He is survived by his loving wife Renee Lee, their two daughters Katherine Lee and Elizabeth Lee, and grandchildren, Landon and Gavin Banville. My Father was the 5th child of a Brady Bunch of 6. He was an identical twin to Charlie Lee, eldest sister Patricia Turek, Robert E. Lee, Jean Reynolds, and Tina Troxler.

Richard Lee had such a great impact on all of our lives. He was a hard working man and his dedication was not only to work but to his family, we were always number one to him. My father always made sure we all had everything we needed, no matter what. Rich was the best father and grandfather any child could ask for and he was the best husband any wife could ask for. Rich was a jack of all trades and knew how to do anything and everything. My father became the local handyman and he was always willing to help anyone in need. My dad taught his family and friends how to do fixes around the house and it has definitely come into use.

Richard was welcomed by his mother in Heaven, who he had dreamt he'd seen days before his passing. That was when I knew he would be okay. Richard fought to the end and never gave up. We love him endlessly.
