Teresa Sokolowski Obituary
Teresa was born on June 18th, 1938 and was welcomed into heaven on May 22, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Henry, and her children, Marie and Michael. She was a proud Mema to her grandchildren, Nicole and Joseph.
Teresa was born in Brooklyn and lived in Jamaica where she met her husband Henry. They moved to Lynbrook to start their family and later retired to Stony Brook. Teresa loved to be around family and friends.
We will truly miss you and we love you. Heaven gained a beautiful Angel! Till we meet again!
